STOCK
All bicycles and parts supplied are fully warranteed and not grey imports or OEM products
that you will find advertised with many other mail order companies operating in the UK.
Accessories will come with the correct packaging and instructions and bikes will be
delivered fully built and ready to ride save for the simple re-assembly of a few parts. We
want you to be totally satisfied with our service and will never pass on to you old or
outdated stock or parts stripped from assembled bikes. Whilst we do not offer a fitting
service for components supplied were are happy to offer technical advice on any bike or
part supplied.
OUR PRICES
The content and prices of these will pages will change frequently with new and special
offers being available from time to time. We will endeavour to cater for your needs and
welcome suggestions as to what you seek but must stress that
WE WILL ONLY SELL THE
ITEMS LISTED ON OUR PAGES AND ONLY TO UK BASED CUSTOMERS. Commercial pressures
from some manufacturers have prevented us from featuring all the ranges of products we
would like to and for that we can but apologise. Seems that in the business of bicycle
retailing 12 and even 18 months interest free credit is not seen as discounting and is
permissable whilst actually cutting prices isn't! Watch this site though for some new
brands of bikes at amazing prices....
Prices and parts listed are generally in stock and if not and there is a delay due to us
awaiting new stock we will advise as soon as possible in case you wish to purchase
elsewhere. On occasions, such as when ordering the very latest products that may not even
have been released yet, we may request payment of a deposit at the time of order. In this
instance we will confirm a delivery date to you and if we are unable to meet that date we
will then offer an immediate refund. Do check our prices often and at the time of ordering
as, unfortunately, costs can increase as well as decrease. We will, however, guarantee the
price shown on these pages at the time of order.
PAYMENT AND ORDERING
You can order from us with total confidence and to that end will only accept orders paid
for by credit card. You simply call the National Number listed at the bottom of this page
with your order and credit card details ready or alternatively complete our order form and
hit the send button. We are really expecting you to call as customer research has shown us
that you still would rather speak to a real human being! However the on-line facility is
there for those who wish to use it and if there proves to be sufficient demand we will
enhance that aspect of our service over coming months. However ordered, payment can only
be made with a valid credit or debit card with despatch only to the
owner of that card. Cards will
only be debited at the time of despatch and goods sent either recorded mail or with a
national carrier who will require signature of receipt.

In our Links pages we will show (where possible) links to relevant manufacturers websites
but must stress that the prices shown on our WebPages are only valid when purchased direct
from us. Products listed will vary as will the prices shown. If more technical information
is required then do e-mail us or call for advice. If busy or closed then you can leave us
a message on our answerphone. E-mails will be responded to within 24 hours.
WARRANTY
We offer a full manufacturers warranty on all goods supplied and if you have a
problem just let us know and we will do all to resolve the situation. If goods need to be
returned to us will will repair or replace them free of charge where appropriate and
refund your postage. In the unlikely event of a larger item such as forks or a bike
requiring attention in our workshops we will arrange for collection and return at our
expense. Please note that goods should not be returned prior to consulting us about the
problem first and obtaining a warranty return number. Please note that we reserve the
right to charge for repairs and carriage for any returned goods found not to be faulty. Do
note that most manufacturers will not cover general wear and usually exclude accident
damage however caused.
